The installation crew was extremely fast and very caring. The lock on the door did not work to the installer quality/standard so he reordered another and is coming out to install it. This just made me feel that they put the safety of the customer first. That is very important to me.

This our second house that we've put Champion Windows in. It's a quality product. They make the process easy and understandable with lots of options, but not a lot of complication.
I enjoyed the salesperson and the crew was nice.
