We recently closed on the purchase of our first home. Chanania was absolutely amazing. We were approved in 10 days and closed in less than 30 days from going under contract. The rate was great, Chanania even renegotiated a lower rate at the last minute without delaying closing. Fees were low and and response times were super fast. Chanania was ahead of the game and always made himself available. I highly recommend him. Great experience!!

Chanania is the one you want to use for your mortgage!! We had started out with another lender which did not work out. We called chanania and he made it seem as if we were the only thing that he knew. He made himself available at all times of the day and night and in less than 2 days!!!!! he got us the commitment. 16 DAYS after we called him we closed on the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Working with Chanania as a first time home buyer was much smoother than I anticipated. He was quick to respond and alway laid out the terms in language that was easy to understand. A person should always have 3 people he trusts, a mechanic, plumber and a mortgage broker. To those reading this review you can stop here, you have found your broker.
