Chance Unger was friendly, professional and excellent at communication. I represented the seller but he understands it takes everyone to get to the closing table and he contacted me to introduce himself early in the transaction. He is available and answers the phone outside of normal work hours. He did a great job and really digs in to get needed info rather than just letting a contract fall apart.
