We had a very difficult set of circumstances that made our refinancing very lengthy due to a variety of issues. Chance had the patience and determination to soldier through 9 months of road block after road block. And in the end he delivered our dream of becoming home owners. Chance did amazing and put ease throughout the process of such a complicated journey! He explain everything you need to know about the structure of a mortgage and how everything works! He definitely looks out for his client and if there was a question, he most certainly would have an answer!
