I really thought this place had improved since I lived there years ago. Some of my family still lives there, so we send lots of packages to them. Just found out a package that we sent them for Thanksgiving was delivered, but not to them! Someone else has the package and it clearly has the address and name written on it. I’m so disappointed and it makes me sad that people are so dishonest. My family and I are going through a loss and don’t need to be dealing with this. Have lived here 7yrs and love it! Great place to live and friendly people too! I feel safe living here, and all my neighbors are very caring and kind!

Worst experience I've had ever driving into a trailer park. I park my car and not 5 minutes later, crazy manager comes out of nowhere saying that he's going to tell my car and that all cars have to be operational.. like it wasn't there 5 minutes ago so how do you think it got there. But I do wish all the residents here my deepest condolences and the fact that you have to deal with such a person.

My wife and I lived at Chancellor’s in 1977 while I served in the Army. Our first child was born while living there. Our parents visited us there. We never had a complaint. Our neighbors were great and the park was always clean. We had a large rose bush in front of the house. I’m glad to read that if it did get a bit rundown, management has put it back in shape.
