I have lived in this village for a long time. Over the years there have been a few differences but since James Hake has been our new manager everything has been working out and he has been doing a great job of coordinating the situations we need to make it a pleasant community.
I was just in there today to become a resident the park looks clean and the staff I met were awsome I have been trying for 3 years to get into this park hopefully I make it this time
This is a quiet, friendly place to live. The neighbors take care of each other and the management is there when needed
My wife and I lived at Chancellor’s in 1977 while I served in the Army. Our first child was born while living there. Our parents visited us there. We never had a complaint. Our neighbors were great and the park was always clean. We had a large rose bush in front of the house. I’m glad to read that if it did get a bit rundown, management has put it back in shape.
Applying for a new home there and the manager Leah was very pleasant and helped out a lot with our questions. Seems she is cleaning up a huge mess from a previous manager , but she has really been a huge help and to be honest has gone above and beyond. I can see they are really trying to turn the place around and her patience and kindness have gone along way.
