My family has been there for YEARS . It has seen SEVERAL owners , management!!! 2 months after my mom passed away everyone in the park had to take down their porch if it was attached to the Home THAT THE RESIDNT owned!!! There are ALOT of elderly residents there. I was LIVID !! There is a dilapidated home next to my Dad's that is totally run down and has been that way for OVER a year!!! Have lived here 7yrs and love it! Great place to live and friendly people too! I feel safe living here, and all my neighbors are very caring and kind!
Place is clean and nice but management is bad they like to condem peoples homes to take them and sell them for profit. Very corrupt and wrong
Worst experience I've had ever driving into a trailer park. I park my car and not 5 minutes later, crazy manager comes out of nowhere saying that he's going to tell my car and that all cars have to be operational.. like it wasn't there 5 minutes ago so how do you think it got there. But I do wish all the residents here my deepest condolences and the fact that you have to deal with such a person.
Jim is the best manager! We are so blessed to have such a kind, caring, and very professional gentleman to represent Chancellors mph. Thank you Jim for everything you do. All your work has been noticed.
