I spent 3 months at Changing Tides and I never would’ve predicted how much my life has turned around for the better. The staff are all amazing. Everyone was very supportive and helpful while navigating me through a brand new perspective of my substance abuse and mental health. I've been all over NC. I've got a record amount of DWIs from my alcohol addiction. The attention, professional care, & treatment at Changing Tides was nothing short of phenomenal! I've been taught tools (to utilize) in my addiction that I never knew were available. I love this place, and they go the extra mile to help individuals but only if you let them. Changing Tides truly changed my life.
