Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable , professional about everything regarding the logistics of renting an unit. As it was my first time doing it. They showed me different units, explained step by step. Never pressured , allowed me to make my own decision about what it was better for my needs. From the entrance to the unit very clean. Great experience, great price. Highly recommended
I had my unit for several years, just recently clearing it out. During that time the staff was extremely helpful and was always available. I would recommend CI Storage to anyone who needs extra storage.

I had a unit here from 2015-2023, and never had any issues with these guys! They keep a clean and safe lot. Really appreciated their service. Professional & kind. My only ‘complaint’ would be its not accessible later … or 24hrs as my previous had been. Then again. The (other spot) was inside/secured. Always a great experience renting a storage unit from Channel Islands Self Storage! The location is definitely one of the cleanest storage units I’ve rented from around CA, and their hours are very convenient. Never had any problems in over 4 years of renting there.
