Chantal is an absolute rockstar. I was working with a lender and already in escrow when I realized my current lender couldn’t get me the best deal. Chantal came in late in the game and saved the day. I got quotes from multiple lenders, and Chantal had by far the best rates. She was always very responsive to all our needs, and at the last minute when some terms of our loan had to be changed, she made the changes in a matter of hours. Bottom line: she has great rates and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her!

She was highly recommended by my realtors. I navigated the process with her guidance and support. Chantal clearly explained necessary documentation and assisted me with submission. As I am not tech savvy the thought of the process was daunting at first, but I soon felt comfortable and confident that success was in reach with her help. Seven months later Chantal reached out to suggest that with falling rates I could lower my payments with a refinance. That has now been successfully attained as well. 5 Stars!
