Chantal was great. Whether we were calling in to discuss details at 8 PM, or keeping me up to date on all the little details, she worked really hard to meet stiff deadlines, work with a difficult seller, and generally make me feel comfortable even when I was frankly out of my depth. I would absolutely Chantal and Movement Mortgage to a friend.
She did great, she explained by detail all the steps and what's needed. She kept us up to date step by step. She helped us with preparing all the doc that was needed. She worked around our time. I was feeling bad msging her at night or weekends but she replied all the time. I will refer her to friends and family and definitely work with her again.

Movement Mortgage (MM) is a new concept of doing loans that I was referred to and Chantal was an exceptional loan officer working on my loan to close a house I recently bought. MM business model is to get loan closed in 2 weeks!! (for real). To do this you need to work with a team that is competent, thorough and responsive. Chantal was honestly so great. I'm pretty sure we were a low budget loan from what she is used to doing but never for a minute did she make me feel that way. She always responded immediately to my emails or phone calls and was very knowledgeable.
