All in all, the apartments are not bad. Anywhere else in Midland, the same apartment would cost a thousand dollars more a month, without the rent assistance. The problems arise from the complete lack of management, or maybe I should say, experienced management. There are so many state laws and local ordinances being broken every single day that it is a miracle none of the employees have been arrested or spent months bouncing from one court case to another. Lived here two years , staff and maintenance are good apartments are clean
The management was the problem. ALWAYS losing files or documents. I lived there for 3 years starting in 2016. 1st time on my own after a divorce. 1st year at chapparal was okay, but then management just got careless.
I leave in this place 4 Year and I love it good place to leave you not broke rules they not bother you office people very caring lovely and helpers .now after renew All apartment it's beautiful need and clean
Refused me an application every time I asked.
