It was done fast and on time and the staff were friendly
I don't have a Buick GMC You got the wrong vehicle
I had the hinge pins on both front doors repaired and replaced. The job was done well but some of the unsolicited promises were not met. "Oh well give it a wash and clean it up for you" and then a sticky substance was left behind on the door, fender, mirror on the driver side and no wash job. BUT the doors close as though they were new.
Service was performed on time. The service advisor was very helpful.
