Excellent and timely as always
All went just fine with the finding of the vehicle online and eventual visit to the dealership. I was let down by a lack of interest in my test drive request submitted on their own website. I gave all my contact info and what I was wanting to pay cash for. Done the deal and was leaving the dealership with the vehicle when I FINALLY got a response from their online form. I mentioned I'm deaf and to not call, yet they called. Guess they just scan for phone numbers w/no care to read our message.
Service was great, staff was friendly and polite.
Once again, Chapparal provides their superior service in a timely, friendly, and professional service. I have enjoyed this relationship for more than 30 years. They are exemplary and other dealers would do well to emulate them in this and other ways.
