It’s never easy to go to the dentist and on this particular day, I was having a rough morning but my time at the dentist was surprisingly pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by kind professionals. The doctor spent time with me explaining everything. She was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel at ease. I went to Dr. Lily De la Noval for the first time and she was extremely thoughtful and considerate. I told her I had not gone to the dentist in a while and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout it all. The staff is great and you can tell it is a nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back and will recommend her to those I know!
The new staff at Chapel Trails Dentists are all very nice. You’re greeted by Sabrina the receptionist’s smile and friendliness. Jackie the manager is also very friendly. I was apprehensive about a new dentist taking over, but after talking to Dr. Noval, she put my mind at ease. It really was the best dentist visit ever! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the procedures did not hurt at all. I had my doubts cause it was my first time and I just moved here, but I highly recommend this place!
I lost my fear of going to the dentist after visiting this office today. The staff was amazingly kind. The Dr. Cloe Reyes was kind and a bedside manner that was awesome . I would definitely recommend this office.
