It’s never easy to go to the dentist and on this particular day, I was having a rough morning but my time at the dentist was surprisingly pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by kind professionals. The doctor spent time with me explaining everything. She was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel at ease. Great experience overall. Great dentist environment. The overall service since walking in from the reception, to the dental hygienist Sabrina, to Doctor Lily. Highly recommend everyone to come to this dentist.
I went to Dr. Lily De la Noval for the first time and she was extremely thoughtful and considerate. I told her I had not gone to the dentist in a while and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout it all. The staff is great and you can tell it is a nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back and will recommend her to those I know!
The team and Dr Noval are the best. I had a procedure done and Dr Noval took her time and made the experience completely painless. Very gentle hands and truly cares for her patients.. If you’re looking for a Dentist in Pines, this is the place !
If you have to go to the dentist, this office is great. The Dentist is friendly and pleasant as well as her staff. They make me very comfortable and get the novocaine just right. Love them.
