From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by kind professionals. The doctor spent time with me explaining everything. She was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel at ease. From the moment you walk into the office till you leave all the staff is amazing! My dental hygienist is Sabrina and she is so polite and very caring, Dr. Noval and her assistant as well. The office manager is a delight, I enjoy going to this office because the staff makes the experience so much better!! Thanks❤️
I went to Dr. Lily De la Noval for the first time and she was extremely thoughtful and considerate. I told her I had not gone to the dentist in a while and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout it all. The staff is great and you can tell it is a nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back and will recommend her to those I know!
This is a dental office with professionals from reception to the dentist herself. While my case is extremely difficult due to years of complications from Scleroderma, she made me feel understood. My daughter will become their patient since I didn't qualify due to my condition, but I highly recommend this office. Again, each employee is nicer than the one before. I'm glad I met them. Very kind people who care.
The team and Dr Noval are the best. I had a procedure done and Dr Noval took her time and made the experience completely painless. Very gentle hands and truly cares for her patients.. If you’re looking for a Dentist in Pines, this is the place !
