Buying your First home can be very daunting. So much more goes into it than just filling out an Application. Charitti answered all my questions and stayed in constant contact with me to keep me updated on loan progress. You can tell when someone truley loves what they do because of how invested they are. Charitti was a huge help! This was my first time buying a house, and she walked me through it step by step. She answered all my questions in detail and explained why or how it worked. She made sure that I was informed on every step weather it was going to underwriting, coming out of underwriting, and what the next step was for the loan and what I may needed to get together information wise.
