My experience here was very good. I was asked about previous medical issues and had quite a bit of time spent with me, unlike other physicians where you feel as if you are being run through there as quickly as possible. I was given temporary suggestions for relief while the provider reviews medical history with other providers I have (as I have several other medical issues) and my bloodwork, and I feel as though I was taken seriously. Highly recommend, in all the years of having ear problems, this is the first time I was told the reasons why I had them. He seemed to really care and giving me the solution and after care for my ear problems.

Seeing and talking to the doctor was a good and super experience. He answered all my questions and gave me help for the future I will see him again in a few weeks I'm looking forward to it. The only drawback was I set for nearly 45 minutes in the examination room waiting for him to come in and I was the first patient there that morning. Possibly a communication problem?

I was very impressed with Charles approach to my individual treatment. He was very honest and compassionate, letting me know that we have options, so not to get discouraged. I have had Chronic headaches and dizziness for a year now and he is the first Provider to ask me how I was coping. That was huge to me. He gave me hope!!

Dr Astrand is really nice. It's been awhile that I have been seen by a doctor who really cares. It's a great relief to know to know that I am in the hands of a knowledgeable doctor. His staff is really great too.
