For receiving truckers use the south entrance of the building to check in. They will give you a door to drive to the north side of the building to unload. The parking lot seems compacted with cars and what not but it is manageable. The staff is very nice and unload quickly within a hour. There is not overnight parking on grounds but street parking off property was ok. A nice place to deliver to. 1st come 1st serve to deliver a day early is ok. Thank you for making my job easy today.
This is one of the most disgusting places to get any hvac products from. U may find heroin needles in ur product. Ur product may also be contaminated with fentanyl as the employees are smoking fentanyl all throughout the warehouse, falling asleep, picking their face. And spitting throughout the ware house. Best heating store around especially for boilers. Their knowledge is immense and so helpful even for someone like me who is 2 nd generation and has 20 years in the field. Try them for sure!
This company should be the model of how supply houses are ran. Their counter staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. This is the only supply house where I can actually say the counter staff are friends of mine. You get to know them personally after years of coming in and they just make you feel at home.
I have been working here for about a year now and very happy working here everyone is very work professional especially the warehouse team and I’ll say again thank you for the opportunity
