I am very thankful that dr cox found a tooth in my gum, thank goodness my dentist saw it, he's a great surgeon, it didn't take long, but he knew i had tmj surgery in 1996. I like seeing him on First Baptist Church Spartanburg singing in the choir. I lost 2 bffs. What s great surgeon. Love, Jennifer Watts
The office staff is very perfessional and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. We were in and out of the office in thirty minutes the day of the procedure. The consultation appointment was even quicker. The office called to check on my son the following afternoon. He has had a nice recovery with minimal pain and discomfort and no swelling or bruising.
Dr. Cox’s office billed my sons claim out under my name and the dental paid. They have submitted a new claim under my son’s benefits. The claim was paid but they are not refunding the insurance company the incorrect payment under my name. due to the billing issues, I am unable to get my dental procedure paid for as they are showing my benefits as being maxed out due to this error. I have been to Dr. Cox 2 times on time 15 years ago to have impacted wisdom teeth cut out, worse experience ever he didn't even sew me up properly. I had to go back a week later and get packing shoved in all my stitches due to him waiting too long to sew me up and air pockets formed there for I got dry sockets. I was in excruciating pain and swollen for a while month not to mention the girl who gave me laughing gas over doses me on it and I stopped breathing.
They won't even reschedule an appointment because my daughter was sick the day she was supposed to come in. The staff are not helpful at all
