All employees are very polite and respectful. Facility is always clean. Doctor explains everything to you so you can have a good understanding what's going on with you. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Sanderlin
My first experience was great, from the time I walked in, the entire staff was polite, friendly, and professional. They were fast and efficient, I would recommend Valdosta Orthopedic Associates Everytime, Dr. Charles Sanderlin is my Physician. They get 5 stars.
The customer service was excellent,was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Sanderlin has been my family's provider for years through my grandkids wrestling days,even with my first injury....Love the care that is provider..EXCELLENT.
I went to the office as a walk-in. The staff was very cordial, professional and welcoming. They took my information and within a very short time I was in for x-rays and examined. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit and would definitely, without hesitation, recommend this practice!
The associates were quick to get me to the back. I had to have x-rays and didn't wait long. Dr. Sanderlin was quick to come in and speak with me about my issues. Good bedside manner.
