My mother-in-law received care at this facility. And is currently there as of three weeks. There is always a front desk person available when checking in and checking out. All the nurses have been great, including Princess and Theresa. I realize the demand of care and staff aren't always ideal. The facility has gotten better since I have been there. This place is disgusting, from the minute you walk in it overwhelms you with , how to end up in a skilled nursing home like this with depression and despair. Each nurse has a bad attitude, if you even show how you know what meds you are taking. They get mad, because you know on what you need to do. You are not going to be lied too. Don't bother pressing the call light, no body comes for hours, stay far away from here. Do not even consider this as an option. They failed to provide communication access for a deaf patient and an IPhone was never returned after the patient passed. Social workers offered no help and didn't return my calls about the missing IPhone and accessories. The phone was being used after the patient passed for 11 days until discontinued service. Beware of the facility!!!!

Neglect patients/residence due to lack of staff. They brush off call lights and leave them soiled in wet diapers. The rooms are messy and are always disorganized and impresentable. Again, probably due to lack of staff. The nurses are always rushing so you can't get an answer from them on how your loved one is doing; in-person or in the phone! The care is definitely not up the par. I used to work for SNFs and admitted patients and this definitely isn't the way you treat them. Zero 0 stars ‼
