Miss Charlotte is a phenomenal counselor. She listens to you thoroughly and gives excellence recommendations on how to handle your situation or in my case trauma. I'm very grateful for have met her. And can't wait to continue my journey and getting better with all of the help from her recommendations, pray and God.

Starting my therapy journey with LifeStances was a very smart decision. The front desk staff is always nice and welcoming. I love my therapist and I know she has helped me through some really awful times. She genuinely cares about me and listens to what I have to say. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great group.

I had a video meeting scheduled with Charlotte Chrisp on August 21 at 1:00. I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes when someone called to let me know the system was down and I needed to Rescheduled the meeting. I rescheduled August 22 at 9:00. I waited 30 minutes before Charlotte logs in at 9:30 and logout at 10:00. I thought the meeting was for an hour. The Internet connection for Charlotte caused several issues with the meeting. The morning of my appointment the power was out in the building. So they were not letting anyone in. Never made it to my appointment.
