Starting my therapy journey with LifeStances was a very smart decision. The front desk staff is always nice and welcoming. I love my therapist and I know she has helped me through some really awful times. She genuinely cares about me and listens to what I have to say. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great group.
Never had a therapist that made me feel welcome until I met Mrs. Crisp. She’s funny, cheerful and warm. I look forward to this journey with her.
The portal is pretty user friendly once you get familiar with where things are. The bookings are seamless and you get reminders.
My first 2 minutes of my session I was at complete ease with my therapist. She was easy to talk to. I look forward to my next session.
