Still waiting to see if I receive refund for $850 payment I made. I will change this review if so. For now, was quoted agreed price for a procedure, 2 teeth at $850. But after they had me pay, sent me an e-sign showing total cost at more than $2,900. Also, I was not informed in advance regarding potential higher fee for extraction service. This is the worst office (medical or dental) I have ever set foot in! For starters the dentist herself is rude to her staff and has poor bedside manner. As far as scheduling appointments goes don't count on keeping the ones you make I've been called 3 times to reschedule. Finally got the chance to be seen had an 8:30 appointment and here I am 30 minutes later being asked if I can reschedule yet again as I'm sitting in the office. Completely unprofessional. Extremely satisfied with every part of the process I experienced at this practice! Dr and staff are amazing. My son had a tooth pulled and they made him feel so comfortable and not afraid of a dentist visit! 100% recommend for any age!

I made an appointment for my 90 yr old grandmother to get her dentures looked at (I'm a dental assistant but don't live in that area). The office wanted to take a full panoramic x-ray (she has no teeth) and charge $134 just for the exam before they would even provide an estimate for adjusting her dentures.
