When I first arrived I found there was plenty of parking for visitors. When we entered the building, the first thing we noticed was a personal welcome to the family. We were greeted by the Director of Sales and Marketing Ms. Carson. Our tour went great. We were able to have lunch with the residents and it was a good lunch too. The rooms are a good size. The building is very clean. I truly believe my love one will enjoy being there.
We had a very positive experience when we went to visit and find out about Charter Senior Living in Hermitage, TN. All of our questions were answered with honesty and knowledge. The lunch we were fed with a friend who lives at Charter was delicious. We got to walk inside a Villa that was empty and were surprised how large it was. We could see ourselves living in it. Donna drove us around the grounds and spent over 2 hours with us.
Viewing Southern Pines for an expected need in an assisted living home made my ❤️ smile. The staff, residents, and facilities were exceptional. It looked and felt like a quaint family village.
Warm inviting atmosphere, staff seemed nice and friendly, lots of smiles, . Liked the multiple family conversation areas through out the facility. Was delighted to see a bus outside that will take residents to stores , banks etc, outside area had areas where residents can still enjoy gardening , would like to know I can still grow my own tomatoe plants and fresh herbs
Charter is the best group and family I have had the pleasure or working with. Having visited many of their communities and met most of their leadership, I am confident when I say that this is a FAMILY and truly the most caring, focused, and serving company I have encountered in the senior living industry. They are doing it RIGHT!! Great job Charter! At every level I see and feel the heart investment.
