Our 20± year old AC Compressor gave up the ghost after a brutal weekend of +100° days here in Portland in late August. We have been working with Chase for the last couple years now and they are always great in terms of communication and professionalism. They come do our regular services and just replaced our furnace with a very quick turnaround, which was much appreciated.
Situation: I'm replacing a 20-year old dual fuel range with another dual fuel range. The pre-install inspection identified that the gas line needed to be moved about 18 inches from the middle of the old range to the back of the counter cut out. Paul and Sam provided a solid 5 star experience installing my new furnace, it really couldn’t have been any smoother from start to finish! I felt like Paul, the company owner, dropped everything to make sure I had heat back asap and the entire scope of work, from the bad news my old furnace wasn’t repairable, to the finished installation of a new one was only 24 hours, speed pretty unheard of in this day and age.
