Recently experienced problems with our air conditioning system during the recent heat wave we had in mid-August, causing our house to become overheated and uncomfortable. When I called Chase and explained to them the problem and informed them that I was especially concerned about my 95 year old father who I was caring for at the house, they were very accommodating and squeezed us into their very schedule, scheduling us first thing the next morning. Brett serviced our indoor/outdoor HVAC system & a really thorough job and showed me everything after he was finished to show me that all was working correctly. On top of that he is so friendly and very trustworthy. Highly, highly recommend!
