Brett serviced our indoor/outdoor HVAC system & a really thorough job and showed me everything after he was finished to show me that all was working correctly. On top of that he is so friendly and very trustworthy. Highly, highly recommend!
We have used Chase on multiple occasions, for repairs and for installing a new heat pump. Paul and Jennifer were so patient in answering all of our questions. We are so happy that we went with Chase for our new unit - competitive prices and professionalism were exceptional.
Chase installed an new thermostat and remote sensor in my home. They did an excellent job, were quick and thoroughly explained how to use the remote features and help me set up the app and schedule. They are great and offer excellent service. Highly recommended.
So thankful for Chase Heating and Cooling. They changed their schedule around to come help our no-heat situation to make sure our babies were warm, no questions asked. I've always bee pleased with Chase's communication and professionalism. I had them replace components in my ductless system. They did a great job and were within my budget. Today I had them come and clean and inspect per the system warranty. Again, great communication, prompt and courteous. I'll be continuing to use them in the future.
