My husband and I lived at Chasewood from July 2023-April 2025. The front office is fantastic. The two women who work there communicate efficiently and are incredibly nice. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds and buildings are maintained well. We moved here from out of state about seven months ago. When I chose Chasewood, I didn’t know much about it, but now that we have been here for a little while I can say that we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Our apartment is beautiful, the staff are great and attentive. If there is any issue, and a repair is needed, they get it done right away. Also, the location can’t be beat!
From start to move-in smooth. From reviewing anything that needs to be repaired from the last tenant to making repairs to enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighbors. It has been wonderful. The staff all together have been very warm and pleasant to speak to regarding any issue I might have. After my first month residing here at Chasewood; I am very satisfied. If you are thinking of moving in. My experience has been top notch through and through. I am certain yours’ will be a replica of the same.
We moved to Amarillo from out of state to Chasewood without knowing much about it. Now that we have been here for a few months, I can honestly say I couldn’t of chose a better place to settle in. Our apartment is beautiful, and the staff are great. They are on top of any issue or concern. Chasewood‘s location can’t be beat! We love it here.
Great apartments to live in! I've lived in 2 of the 1 bedrooms they offer and I've loved both of them. They have multiple sizes of the one beds and the grounds are well maintained. The office staff is very kind and helpful and maintenance is great and friendly. Favorite apartments I've lived in!
