WORST. PLACE. EVER. BUGS! Roaches roaches roaches !! Cigarette smell from neighbors, mold on baseboards. Ac units never work always leaking stuff onto my walls. Water is shut off atleast twice a week. Hot water was off for 8 days total few weeks toward end of last year. Terrible place to live. They don’t care about their tenants or property. When I signed my lease Dec of 2023 I was told we were getting a gym installed and the pool was going to be renovated, summer of 2024 rolls around the pool is never even opened !!
Been a great place until the new management acted like i brought my own rats. Then evicted me for 650.00 when i owed 80.00. And conveniently a 500.00 charge showed up on my account. They have never cleaned my apt. Assistant manager owns the place cant talk to anyone else. Lost my apt and housing, waiting for the sheriff to belittle me and take my dogs.
Please save your time and energy and DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!! The renovated apartments look really pretty but that’s where they get you! Couldn’t get hot water until 4 months after i started living there ! Constantly complained and had to get gym memberships just to be able to shower. Constant wall ac leaks and loud minutes long noise that comes from them. Great things are happening. They are making lots of changes and the property is becoming great! The new office management is awesome. Donna was awful and unresponsive. But the new lady nou is a breathe of fresh air. Can't wait to see the outcomes of all these changes.
I was trying to move in and had put the application in with the fee which was a deposit of 200 , with and extra hundred, which made it 300 total. Now they they said if we were not accepted, we would get 200 of the 300 dollars back . Ive only received 100 dollars so far and the reason I haven’t got the rest was because they technically didn’t deny us?! I thought trying to move in would be different, especially since my wife and I previously had stayed at the chateau 68 .
