Patricia was absolutely fantastic at helping me secure storage space. She patiently walked me through the process and helped me with the requirements and even the digital signature process. She made it easy and was incredibly polite as well as professional. 5 stars might not be a high enough rating for her service but that’s as high as it goes. Stellar!!!!
Wonderful customer service today. Lost my keys and Mark was super nice and got me scheduled for new lock. Was a lot cheaper than I was expecting.
Rose was excellent in helping me get my storage unit. So kind, professional, and extremely thorough. Highly recommend! I unfortunately had to move out but when I did Anne was excellent help also. Still a great place!
Getting my storage unit was easy and they offered a 3 month special. Customer service has been helpful anytime I had questions. Aly called me to check in and make sure I did not encounter any issues with my unit.
Ruth was very patient when we were filling out the application. She walked us through everything and we were able to get set up. She also gave information about the units, including a map. Thanks Ruth, we really appreciate your time!
