Couldn't ask for a better home I truly could not ask for a better home than the one I live in. The location in easily accessible to shopping, a bus line, food, or anything else you could need. The staff are not only helpful, but you can tell they care about their tenants. Finally, the apartment size is perfect for a single adult. Love the community and the apartment. Would and have recommended it to anyone who will listen.

Chauncey Village We live in a 2 bedroom town home. Its really nice and the bedrooms are extremely spacious. The apartment manager is very nice and helpful. She lives in one of the apartments so she's always near if you need her for any reason. Maintanence is very helpful and they're always quick to get your apartment if you need something fixed. We've only lived here for a year but we love it and are definitely renewing our lease!

Chauncey Village Apartments Chauncey village apartments are by far one of the best I have leased with. Maintenance makes sure to come as soon as you report a problem, whether it be a small water leak, a broken lock, or even just a blind that fell off the back door. The pools (they have a kiddy pool as well as a pool that goes up to nine feet) are always kept clean and made sure they are safe.
