Very disappointed with my latest experience at this location. Previously I had left a 5 star review. On Wednesday I bought an item at 20% off. The worker HANDED me the package out of the case, we both thought it was right, but when I got home it was totally different from what I needed. Was reassured over the phone that I could come in the same afternoon or the next day to get it exchanged.
