Jordan was a true professional when servicing our heating system. We were amazed at his patience and determination to get to the bottom of why our heat wasn't blowing sufficiently out the lower level vents of our house. I paid DC Cheek, aka Cheeky, $6500 for a new HVAC system. Just a couple months after it was installed I started having issues with it. Multiple electronic boards replaced, another thermostat, had to install an hard start device because of the hard hit it takes every time it comes on and lastly a new compressor. Out of the 8 years since the install I actually went almost 3 years with no issues. Well, most of these reviews are pretty old, and at first glance NONE were negative; that's very different from other review sites. Here's mine, let's see if it makes it: Rule #1: Never buy a new HVAC system without getting a ‘second opinion’, no matter how hot or cold you are – ESPECIALLY if you’re working with Cheeky/DC Cheek Heating Cooling and Plumbing.
