I hired Chefalo Contracting a few years ago to demolish a garage, dig a new foundation below frost and build an 500sf artist’s studio in its place. Working from an architect’s drawings, Chefalo built the structure on time and within budget, working steadily with good communication and management of any problems that inevitably arose. They worked with me both to upgrade materials and cut costs where desired. I’ve been happily using the space in the years since and appreciate their work.

Evan Chefalo came highly recommended by our electrician, and he didn’t disappoint. He did wonderful work repairing a beam and some additional stonework. He showed up on time for our estimate and took the time to explain everything in detail. He’s such a gentleman and was always incredibly responsive by text. Evan personally showed up to supervise the job and made sure I was happy and satisfied. His work, and his staff, were top-notch. Extremely professional. We were thoroughly pleased!
