Should have 6 STARS Every dept exceeded expectations. Beautiful campus, lovely artwork everywhere and fresh and clean rooms. The kitchen workers, cafe staff and custodial members all went the extra mile. Words can’t express our gratitude to the nursing staff. Their care, compassion and professionalism gave us hope for recovery. Of course the PT OT & Speech groups were amazing; kind, considerate and custom fit therapy. I wouldn’t waste your time trying to schedule an appointment. I had an occipital cervical fusion O—C3 and an already diagnosed connective tissue disorder. They claimed they reviewed my chart and can’t see me. They never asked what I had going on or if they needed to request records. The weirdest part is I already see a PMR doctor and they just tell me to see a different specialty with out any rationale. It could be incompetence but it seems a little discriminatory to me.
My mother received excellent care from the rehab doctors, Dr. Claflin and Dr. Reddy who were truly vested in her rehabilitation and well being. Dedicated staff from the nurses, PCAs, speech, occupational, and physical therapist!! There were numerous fun and engaging recreational activities provided by the recreational therapist, even Thursday night karaoke!! The doctors did not treat me like they believed that I had pain. The doctor's at the PM & R operating area were very rude to my husband while he was asking questions before my procedure. Dr. Sally Young was very rude and lied in my charting. Dr. Young also left out information in my notes that was important to my health history. I also called the patient representative, she gave me little to no help. It makes me angry that the doctors are not held responsible for their actions or inactions! my name is tina and ive been going to doctor Beimer for 4 years and she actually believed me and looked into my back problem and did a mri and found out whats wrong with me.,for years i couldnt even get a doctor to believe me. she always takes her time with me,and keeps my pain under control. i had to suffer for years until i went to doctor beimer,shes a wounderful doctor! And Kristin is so helpful and friendly ☺and the front desk lady's are great to.all in all wounderful staff!
