We had a great experience with Chelsea Title. Cristina did a great job from start to finish. She communicated regularly and guided us expertly through the process. We were very pleased, as sellers, that they could arrange a mobile notary and a witness so that we did not have to return to Florida for the closing and were able to sign all the documents a day ahead of the actual closing. Cristina Rubio handled our borrowers closing with excellent communication and professionalism. She kept everything organized and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend her and the team!
Honestly, the rudest people I’ve ever met. My goodness, every time I call, they’re so demeaning and condescending and try and divert any help
Chelsea Title handled the closing on my purchase of a family home in Florida 13 years ago - and handled the closing as I sold it a week ago. They were wonderful then - and still just as good the second time around. Absolutely everyone I worked with was helpful, organized, communicative and just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
