Not a very good experience at all. Fees should have been explained before renting a unit. Cindy was clueless and unorganized on which units were occupied/vacant as well as keyless entry and locks. I spent over an hour waiting for her to unlock my unit.
My husband, Lofton Williams, liked everything about the use of the climate controlled unit. The app very easy to use. Everything clean and staff very helpful and friendly. He would absolutely use this storage facility again.
We love the staff here. The storage unit is great. The pricing is a bit high but we have temp control and a large area.
This facility is great!!! Very secure and clean. Has the newest technology in entry and locks. Location is great!! Easy access into every unit!! People are very kind and helpful. Please consider this company For your storage needs!!
