The therapist was very attentive and professional. She provided me with support and guidance regarding my concerns.
miscommunication of referral info and insurance card info.(after repeated efforts to get the information to you i kept getting messages that you did not receive the info which caused me to call the doctor numerous times to send info again)

I absolutely love My counselor. She made me feel comfortable and that's a plus. My sessions are really going to help me heal and move forward FINALLY!
