I have been without a dishwasher for THREE months. I have repeatedly submitted service requests and have gotten no response. The Service Requests have been marked Resolved, but NOTHING has been done. This is totally unacceptable. I don't know what happened to the management and maintenance here, but it has gotten terrible.
