Guillian was an excellent customer service agent was very polite and professional walked me through everything explained everything in good details
Patricia was very helpful in getting us into the storage unit. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. Went above and beyond by giving us a promo to save us money. Very sweet person. I recommend her to help anyone.
Facility was sold last summer and most of us were not notified. At least 11 of us were locked out because our payments were not processed. The phone number had been disconnected but was still on the lockout notice. Everything is being handled in the Philippines now. After weeks of dealing with frustrating issues I was finally able to get my issue resolved thanks to Cherryl. As far as the facility I give 1 star but Cherryl gets 5!

I just wanted to note that I appreciate the upgrades to the facility. Being able to do things virtually is a great help!
