I visited this facility I'm moving into Chesapeake Bay. I just prefer it over the others. It was cleaner, newer, and more modern. Some of the ones we looked at were really dated. The staff is great. It's a two-bedroom apartment. It's fairly new, so it looks great. It's very clean and smells good. It has a washer and dryer, appliances, and a full kitchen. They had several floor plans. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Our friend lives in Chesapeake Bay, and we like it. We wouldn't want the room they live in, but we want a bigger room. The price is way less than the other place. Chesapeake Bay is immaculate. Their dining area is excellent. We didn't eat there, but we went through it all. The staff took us around. I am/was a resident of this facility I was a resident of Chesapeake Bay. In the last year, they underwent a management change, which caused a lot of changes in everything. I think they're getting their act together, and it will be fine, but the transition has been difficult. The staff was great. They go above and beyond. If a package comes in that's mislabeled, they will track me down and make sure I get it. If I have any problem with maintenance, they stay on it for me. They've been very, very good to me. I am/was a resident of this facility I moved into this community in Nov 2024 and it has been my best decision yet. The open concept space of my apartment, the security of the property, the friendliness of the staff and the true family and friendship feeling of this residential community. You will love it here as much as I do.
I visited this facility I toured Chesapeake Bay, and I loved it. They had everything. The sizes of the places were nice-sized and they had single ones that had a garage. They had a tower, a bar, and a mini golf. They had a shuffleboard and a heated pool. Everybody was so nice. I wanted to live there so badly, but I just couldn't afford it. The staff showed me around. She's incredible. She's friendly, helpful, and very professional.

I am/was a resident of this facility I have chosen Chesapeake Bay Luxury Active Senior Community because it is fairly new, just about four years old. I was able to get an apartment that had never been lived in before. They have a full-size swimming pool, a pool table, a gym, and monthly pool parties. Actually, tomorrow we're going to have a potluck dinner and a karaoke party. And at the end of the month, they have another party scheduled.
