My friend lived here and got robbed of everything on 1/3/25 and for fear she had to move till this day 8/7/25 no apoligize from management and still waiting on her security deposit. All we hear from mamagement is You would get it in the mail wait another week.Need new and better manager there
Don’t do it. Very dangerous.Poor conditions of the apartments. People standing in front of your door all day and night. Trash everywhere on the premises.Out of date apartments. Neighborhood kids bad and disrespectful. Management...Maintenance... smh. Drafty windows drafty doors. Omg the mice. Shootouts almost every month. Very poor decision.
A lot of shootings happen here pretty often.... the office is a joke when you call.... what establishment close at 1:30pm on a weekday? It’s just a lot wrong with this place I don’t recommend this place to anyone but drug dealers cause that’s what’s around here anyway. If I could give half star I would gladly do that

I'm trying to get my family out of Chester apartments it took them 10 most 11 years to give my mom a new stove floor new everything I would recommend my kids dads or families to move there
