Today was our first visit with our hounds and it went easy and fast. Prices were very reasonable for everything. It looks like we have a veterinary clinic for the future. Very happy and the puppies handles it very well, which is most important.
So rude!! Lisa was impossible!! Hanging up on me, then I called back and was transferred to the answering service. When I asked to speak with her she said "are you threatening me?" I finally told her to shut her mouth and stop being so rude! I then demanded to talk with a manager. The manager explained that 3 Dr.'s have quit and they were short staffed. Dr. Baker would be so sad to see this practice go down hill!! Do not go here!

Dr Baker would be ashamed of how terrible this place has become. You constantly feel rushed, unwelcome and pushed out the door.
They could have saved my dog from dying from perianal fistulas earlier this year but they did not. They refused to offer the needed meds & instead insisted on giving steroids-a temp fix at best and does about as much harm. By the time they prescribed what was needed it was too late & I had to ask for a second script that should have accompanied the first. They ran me around to do that. Vet claiming she had 25 yrs experience; none of it showed. The behavior was racist or a display of ineptness. Or both.
Used to be the best vet around! Not anymore. Went in with dog and the place smelled so bad of urine I could not stop coughing. No one wants to help you. Very sad. Doctor Baker gone and so went the business.
Had a 4:30 appointment, at 5:15 still hadn't seen a vet, we left. Not the first time waiting so long to see the vet, visit before this one it took an hour before the vet came in the room.
