I absolutely love living here. I have been living at Chestnut Hill North for 9 years. The apartments are updated and very clean. The buildings are quiet and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Joanna and Ralph are always very responsive and helpful. I’ve always felt safe knowing there are cameras outside the building as well as inside of the hallways. The washers and dryers are convenient. I can't say enough good things about my apartment building and its management team. From the moment I moved in, I've been consistently impressed with the level of service and care provided. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management. They are incredibly responsive, always available to address any concerns, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. The whole maintenance team are very helpful and accurate in helping with my situation at home Have not seen any crawling characters since the day the maintenance came with exterminator I have one strong opinion I even asked neighbors around they agree I heard the company is building a gym pool in one building, my opinion since a lot of people are on low income how about charge separately like a Club membership and offer Club price separately from our rent and those who join gets a club card to enter? I've lived here since September 2022, and I've enjoyed it. I just signed a new lease, and the rent only went up $50 a month, which was a relief. Any work we need done is fixed immediately. The only trouble I've had is that sometimes one of the washers or dryers is out of order, but there are four of each, so that hasn't been too terrible; we also just got brand new ones a few months ago. Chestnut Hill North is a clean, safe, quiet, and conveniently located place to live. I have been living here since 1998 and I never had anything to complain about of any significance. All the maintenance staff are very diligent in their work. I especially I want to command John Upatoff the super of Chestnut Hill North. He really went the extra mile to get my maintenance issue resolved. He did an excellent job!
