I’ve lived at Chestnut Hill Communities for 15 years and have watched management’s professionalism decline, especially at 975. The maintenance supervisor consistently shows unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. Repairs often cause damage to personal property, yet management refuses to take responsibility. I was even told to send my damaged furniture offsite for repair, which I never consented to. Promises for follow-up visits go unfulfilled. I absolutely love living here. I have been living at Chestnut Hill North for 9 years. The apartments are updated and very clean. The buildings are quiet and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Joanna and Ralph are always very responsive and helpful. I’ve always felt safe knowing there are cameras outside the building as well as inside of the hallways. The washers and dryers are convenient. Nice and quiet place to live. I have been there for 3 years now and I hope to continue living there. The apartments are clean and well kept. I have never had any pest problem and I'm so thankful for that. I love how quick maintenance responds to requests, John is the best. Management is friendly and always responds quickly to any issues. I don't particularly agree with pricing (especially no in-unit washer/dryer and an older style apartment space) but with the current economic climate, but, it is what it is. Chestnut Hill North is a clean, safe, quiet, and conveniently located place to live. I have been living here since 1998 and I never had anything to complain about of any significance. All the maintenance staff are very diligent in their work. I especially I want to command John Upatoff the super of Chestnut Hill North. I moved here about a month ago, and it was an incredible experience! The staff made everything so smooth and easy. I highly recommend Chestnut Hill North Apartments—living here is so peaceful, and I eagerly look forward to coming home every day!
