Nice and quiet place to live. I have been there for 3 years now and I hope to continue living there. The apartments are clean and well kept. I have never had any pest problem and I'm so thankful for that. I love how quick maintenance responds to requests, John is the best. Management is friendly and always responds quickly to any issues. I don't particularly agree with pricing (especially no in-unit washer/dryer and an older style apartment space) but with the current economic climate, but, it is what it is. My spouse put a maintenance request on the portal on 4/30/2025 for an emergency repair stating that it needed to be repaired the next day. I took the day off work without pay and waited all day. The technician was assigned to my request before 9:00am and Never Showed Up! I was forced to call the emergency line after hours and John finally came. Instead of being accountable, he had excuses for why he didn’t come. I’ve lived here since 2010 and the maintenance services used to be better.
I absolutely love living here. I have been living at Chestnut Hill North for 9 years. The apartments are updated and very clean. The buildings are quiet and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Joanna and Ralph are always very responsive and helpful. I’ve always felt safe knowing there are cameras outside the building as well as inside of the hallways. The washers and dryers are convenient. I can't say enough good things about my apartment building and its management team. From the moment I moved in, I've been consistently impressed with the level of service and care provided. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management. They are incredibly responsive, always available to address any concerns, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. The whole maintenance team are very helpful and accurate in helping with my situation at home Have not seen any crawling characters since the day the maintenance came with exterminator I have one strong opinion I even asked neighbors around they agree I heard the company is building a gym pool in one building, my opinion since a lot of people are on low income how about charge separately like a Club membership and offer Club price separately from our rent and those who join gets a club card to enter?
