We live on the Woodcrest side of the chestnut lane apartments and we have really had a great experience for our couple years in this unit. I left a more detailed review on the Woodcrest side, but it used to be really different here and Lisa and management overall has really made it so so nice! It’s quiet and we found our neighbors to be really cool people that we became friends with some. Lisa at the front is very nice person from start to finish. The area and properties are well maintained and its affordable. Anything that's needed maintenence is very fast. One day they saw me struggling to carry a package and helped without asking they are all around kind, the neighbors get along well and I plan to stay for at least another year til I buy a house. Thanks chestnut ❤️
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this place. Living here has been a constant disappointment. Maintenance is practically nonexistent—requests go unanswered for weeks, and when someone finally shows up, the issue is either patched temporarily or ignored altogether. The management, Lisa, is unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Emails and phone calls are often ignored, and when you do get a response, it's usually dismissive or unhelpful. I’ve lived here for over a year and it is my first apartment. They are animal friendly too! The maintenance and staff at the office Alexa and Lisa and very sweet and will always help in situations and rent is a really good price here for a pretty big apartment in my opinion. It’s full of friendly neighbors and very quiet too. I really enjoy living here!
This complex is amazing. The rooms are big and the staff is so friendly. Lisa in the office is an absolute angel. She listens and responds so well. I highly recommend living here. You will not be disappointed
