We live on the Woodcrest side of the chestnut lane apartments and we have really had a great experience for our couple years in this unit. I left a more detailed review on the Woodcrest side, but it used to be really different here and Lisa and management overall has really made it so so nice! I’ve lived here for over a year and it is my first apartment. They are animal friendly too! The maintenance and staff at the office Alexa and Lisa and very sweet and will always help in situations and rent is a really good price here for a pretty big apartment in my opinion. It’s full of friendly neighbors and very quiet too. I really enjoy living here!
I moved into Chestnut Lane apartments in June 2024 and it’s been great! Lisa, the property manager, helped me get approved in 30 minutes, arranged for me to move in quickly and is very compassionate whenever I need anything. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, helpful and keep the property very clean. This is a family friendly community and I highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live. I am very happy here and thankful my experience has been above and beyond helpful.
I love living here it’s quiet, and the property manager is FABULOUS the maintenance men are very friendly and when I put a work order in with the property manager she is Johnny on the spot and the maintenance men are there the very same day! This is the place you wanna live if you like quiet and peace! This place is drama free and that’s what I love about living here. Thank you to the property manager and the maintenance men. Also the neighbors are friendly too. You can’t ask for a better place to live!
This apartment has been a wonderful choice for me! It’s incredibly spacious with lots of storage, and the layout maximizes every square foot. The interior design is modern, and the appliances are high-end, which adds so much value to the living experience.
