We live on the Woodcrest side of the chestnut lane apartments and we have really had a great experience for our couple years in this unit. I left a more detailed review on the Woodcrest side, but it used to be really different here and Lisa and management overall has really made it so so nice! It’s quiet and we found our neighbors to be really cool people that we became friends with some. I’ve lived here for over a year and it is my first apartment. They are animal friendly too! The maintenance and staff at the office Alexa and Lisa and very sweet and will always help in situations and rent is a really good price here for a pretty big apartment in my opinion. It’s full of friendly neighbors and very quiet too. I really enjoy living here!
I moved into Chestnut Lane apartments in June 2024 and it’s been great! Lisa, the property manager, helped me get approved in 30 minutes, arranged for me to move in quickly and is very compassionate whenever I need anything. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, helpful and keep the property very clean. This is a family friendly community and I highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live. I am very happy here and thankful my experience has been above and beyond helpful.
It's a good place to stay for maybe 2-4 yrs, but their maintenance and contractors are horrible at construction. They dont give 2 fks, on how it looks. And they don't have a pool, what they also need to do is move those rocks back maybe a foot or so, cause the corners there's no room. They could also have get maybe some bicycle holders, and put something in so people can lock up there bbq's chairs and
Property is well kept and maintenance/office staff are very attentive and friendly. Lisa, the Property Manager, whom very helpful in the office, made the moving process sound very easy and smooth. Ive recommended a few other friends to the same property and they have also shared same similar experiences.
