Lisa at the front is very nice person from start to finish. The area and properties are well maintained and its affordable. Anything that's needed maintenence is very fast. One day they saw me struggling to carry a package and helped without asking they are all around kind, the neighbors get along well and I plan to stay for at least another year til I buy a house. Thanks chestnut ❤️

We live on the Woodcrest side of the chestnut lane apartments and we have really had a great experience for our couple years in this unit. I left a more detailed review on the Woodcrest side, but it used to be really different here and Lisa and management overall has really made it so so nice! It’s quiet and we found our neighbors to be really cool people that we became friends with some. I haven't moved in yet, but my experience thus far has been great and the only complex that is trustworthy and honest up front about their policies and requirements. Yashira is amazing and has awesome customer service. I appreciate everything her and her manager did for me. The apartments seem really nice, secure, and quiet. Gated access for added security. Very close to the major highways and easy access to Philadelphia. I can't wait to move in! Thank you again.

I’ve lived here for over a year and it is my first apartment. They are animal friendly too! The maintenance and staff at the office Alexa and Lisa and very sweet and will always help in situations and rent is a really good price here for a pretty big apartment in my opinion. It’s full of friendly neighbors and very quiet too. I really enjoy living here!

I moved into Chestnut Lane apartments in June 2024 and it’s been great! Lisa, the property manager, helped me get approved in 30 minutes, arranged for me to move in quickly and is very compassionate whenever I need anything. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, helpful and keep the property very clean. This is a family friendly community and I highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live. I am very happy here and thankful my experience has been above and beyond helpful.
