HORRIBLE ROACH AND MICE INFESTED!!!!!!! This place is dirty not secured squatters in all the vacants yet evicting people without warning. Front door is able to be pulled open with no key gate to the parking lot does not work. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! I would give them 0/10 stars if I could. Maintenance never comes out and fix request. Leaking faucets broken appliances mold in the walls which made my family sick all request being ignored by the leasing office specifically Mrs Graham.
Terrible maintenance I had been requesting maintenance for about 6 months and when I call the office the lady who answers the calls acts as if I am interrupting her day and instead of helping me with my maintenance request she ends the call while I am still talking. Also, the washing machines on the first floor do not work properly and they never fix them, those washing machines have been like that since the first day I moved here which was almost a year ago.
None of the Washing machines on the lower level works it's been like that for months and nobody comes to fix it they take forever to take maintainance request
My experience with Cheverly crossing has been fantastic. I have lived here for many years. The new management has done a lot in safety and a peaceful environment. Security is not an issue as they have a new gate that keeps the bad guys out. The current property manager is absolutely the best and she has worked hard to make this an amazing livable apartment. The maintenance people always show up if I ask for it right away
My stay at Cheverly Crossing was pretty good. If I had any maintenance issues, questions or concerns regarding my rent, access to the building whatever the case was Tatiana was on it as well as Tris and Todd (Maintenance). Thank you guys for your professionalism and making me and my boys comfortable during our stay!
