These apartments are the worst I have no hot water and the leasing office I can’t never get in contact with them.The bottom floor always flooded where the laundry room are at. They have teenagers running through the building all night braking into vacant apartments having parties.So many things are wrong with this building.I mean I will walk through the hallways and see for myself before I think about contacting them and yes the hallway always dirty
I love the prompt actions when it comes to repairs/technical problems but I have a problem with the excess problem of cold in my apartment and the fact that the back door entrance does not have a key and one has to go round through the front door and walk to the basement following series of stairs.
Terrible maintenance I had been requesting maintenance for about 6 months and when I call the office the lady who answers the calls acts as if I am interrupting her day and instead of helping me with my maintenance request she ends the call while I am still talking. Also, the washing machines on the first floor do not work properly and they never fix them, those washing machines have been like that since the first day I moved here which was almost a year ago.
HORRIBLE ROACH AND MICE INFESTED!!!!!!! This place is dirty not secured squatters in all the vacants yet evicting people without warning. Front door is able to be pulled open with no key gate to the parking lot does not work. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! I would give them 0/10 stars if I could. Maintenance never comes out and fix request. Leaking faucets broken appliances mold in the walls which made my family sick all request being ignored by the leasing office specifically Mrs Graham.
