My vehicle was towed to your facility in Clermont, FL on 03/30/2026 with transmission issues. Work was authorized as soon as a proposed estimate was submitted. With no communication from the service department on updates or delays I spent a month in a rental vehicle at our expense. Today, unfortunately, I’m here to share a negative experience with this Chevrolet dealership. I own a 2024 Chevy Silverado EV, and I started noticing that the driver’s seat would move(rocking) when braking or accelerating. It was clearly loose, which caused discomfort and a lack of confidence while driving. I scheduled an appointment and explained the issue in detail. I didn't have an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change and Gerson Ostos was very helpful took all of my information and said they could complete everything. My wait time was around an hour which was excellent. Kudos to everyone else involved and especially the young man helping drive the vehicles and Jacob at the desk for being very patient and helpful. Overall a nice and friendly visit Thanks.

They did a great job with my truck…needed a lot of work new camshafts and new torque converter runs smooth like brand new shout out to the guys that worked on it appreciate their hard work.

Very satisfied with the Service Department at Don Mealey Chevrolet in Clermont, Fl. Service advisor, Gabby, was very pleasant and helpful for the check in process. Courtesy driver, (sorry, I forgot her name), was very friendly and got me where I wanted to go while my car was being serviced. Timothy and Jacob in the Cashier Office were also very nice and pleasant to deal with. Excellent experience overall.
