Probably the worst place in Colorado Springs. I spent at least 2k at this place. Everything I’ve had done, failed. From enamel buildup to crowns, to partial dentures.Multiple dentists that contradict each other. Dental assistants are straight out of school and very unprofessional. Office staff are aren’t too bright either. Billing and appointment errors are the norm. Do yourself a favor and find a different place. Also beware of the homeless population living behind the building.
Amazing staff, who were extremely helpful, and explained everything in detail. I want to mention Raquel at the front desk, she was extremely patient and helpful, explaining pricing and how everything works. I kinda avoided the dentist for a few years, and she explained everything easily. And thank you all for being open on a Saturday, many of us work weekdays and have hours that don’t allow us to make appointments unless you call off of work or miss time. Thank you all so much!
Worst dental practices I've ever seen in my life. Dental assistants have long fingernails that pop through the gloves. Dentist are unprofessional and have no clue how to even do a simple filling. I had four teeth done with cavities and EVERY TOOTH TOUCHED BY THESE PEOPLE HAD TO BE REDONE. They would not stand behind any of their work it cost me double. I would give this place 20 stars if it allowed me to. Absolutely love everyone here. I have always been terrified of the dentist due to bad experiences as a kid. They are very gentle, compassionate and understanding. Also very accommodating with scheduling. I had another dentist tell me I needed to see an oral surgeon to have a tooth pulled. I went here today and everyone was amazing they treated me so well and with care. I’ve been coming here for many years and they are the best! I appreciate all the genuine care they give and efforts to make me feel comfortable! Analisia, Raquel, and Reyna were all so helpful and kind! I definitely recommend this dental office!
