I have been taking my friend to receive treatment for pain. Dr. Howard is awesome with my friend. My friend has severe anxiety that debilitates her at times. Dr. Howard talks her through everything. The staff is fantastic and very polite.
I am not too impressed by the billing department. They claim they sent me 3 bills that I never received in the mail. I get a phone call and the person informs me that they are about to hand me over to the debt collectors. I had to ask for the outstanding amount, a reference number to write on the check and an address to mail the check to since I have no paperwork to prove I owe these people money.
