Recently had an extraction by Dr. Ledger. This entire office is professional and top rate. I had a pre appointment to walk through this extraction. I could have had it done that day but chose to come back in a week. It was as simple and easy as Dr. Ledger and his assistant had told me. Didn't even need stitches. Most surprising to me was that Dr. Ledger phoned me in the early evening to make sure I was doing alright.
Dr. Ledger and his team were absolutely fantastic! From check-in to discharge, the entire process was efficient, well-organized, and clearly explained every step of the way. Everything ran so smoothly, which made the experience much less stressful. The staff was incredibly thorough when reviewing my post-op instructions, making sure I felt confident and prepared for recovery. Doctor Lee and his staff were incredible. I had to do a sinus augmentation, additional bone graft and abutment procedure, which can get gnarly, but they made it really easy and smooth. They were very open and honest with the information, options, risks etc and in the end the recovery process worked exactly as they said it would. I also had some travel dates in between and they were super flexible in adjusting schedules. Dr. Ledger and his team were great! Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was nervous about the procedure, but they made everything feel easy and smooth. Definitely recommend them!
Outstanding care. Great preparation and the wisdom teeth extraction went without a hitch. The front office and Dr.Lee were all exceedingly kind, organized and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
