Such an unpleasant experience. Initially, Chicago Title gave our lender the wrong contact information and did not provide title fees. When my husband tried to contact them, it was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to do so. Turns out there was 1 email address that was infrequently checked, which was an issue coming up to our closing deadline.
