My experience with Chicago title was one of the worst unprofessional experiences out of 9 that I have had over the years. It was a simple clear title needing a name change of ownership for a bare piece of property that was an acre in size, no utilities. I was treated rudely, talked down to, and after the first meeting with them I made sure to write down exact costs of this transaction. I was given a total of approximately $900.00. Donna was an absolute pleasure to work with. What should have been a simple matter turned into a 3-month-long hassle (not their fault) that she was so patient and kind during. There was constant communication and updates as well as she took the time to explain everything so I understood what was happening. Highly recommend.
Debbie and her team (shout out Donna), were fantastic to work with! They responded promptly, worked late to get the file closed, and my client was very satisfied. I'll definitely be working with them on my future transactions in Kingman.
Overall, a good title agency. Our builder requested to use them. I am not a fan of some of the political stuff they put up in their office. Its tacky and not very professional. Otherwise, they did their job well and I would have no problems using them again.
I am reluctant to write a review but I feel like my feedback helps in the long run. I was the buyer in a vacant land transaction. After asking multiple times for the same thing, I started counting: I asked 5 times for a missing parcel to be added to the paperwork, 4 times for them to send the wire instructions, and 5 times for them to fix my mispelled name.
