Closed on a refinance of our house recently. That process was fine. Had my 18. month old with us and had to change his diaper. Was told where the bathroom was, but would have to change him on the floor of the bathroom because there were no changing tables. Super gross. I honestly want to take my business elsewhere from that alone.
They were flexible in meeting my appointment scheduling needs. I was in and out in about 25 minutes! Great job Chicago Title!
They made process very simple and put nerves at ease
Every experience with Chicago Title has been terrible! Knowledge, communication, attention to details, common sense….. has all been sub par! Defiantly room for improvement!
Hand held through closing... great experience
