Went here to sign paperwork for our new home. One of the ladies in the room may have been having a bad day, but was not friendly at all. When we had to fix a few documents she threw them on the table in front of us? Which is very rude when we’ve never been through this process before. If we don’t have to return again, I’d be okay with that.
I was looking for a Plat of Survey and called Chicago Title as that is who I thought did our closing 10 years ago. Delilah (hope I spelled her name correctly) was so helpful. She went out of her way to make this a great experience. Thanks Delilah!
A very pleasant experience. Everything was so efficient, we were very impressed.
Closing went well and reasonably quick, even with Covid precautions. Very satisfied.
Well organized organization. Staff is friendly and helpful.
